A) Chapter 05

Chapter 05 was published to:

i) modify the import conditions and add a registration type to the following HS codes with the end use “Other end uses” and the miscellaneous code “Unpreserved” originating from Germany and Hungary:

05.11.99.1297.01 – Avian (bird)
05.11.99.1297.02 – Bovine (cattle)
05.11.99.1297.03 – Caprine (goat)
05.11.99.1297.04 – Equine (horse)
05.11.99.1297.05 – Ovine (sheep)
05.11.99.1297.06 – Porcine (swine)
05.11.99.1297.13 – Lagomorph (rabbit)

ii) modify the import conditions and add a registration type to the following HS codes with the end use “Pet food manufacturing” originating from Germany and Hungary:

05.11.99.1297.01 – Avian (bird)
05.11.99.1297.02 – Bovine (cattle)
05.11.99.1297.03 – Caprine (goat)
05.11.99.1297.04 – Equine (horse)
05.11.99.1297.05 – Ovine (sheep)

B) Chapter 23

Chapter 23 was published to modify the import conditions and add a registration type to the following HS codes with the end use “Other end uses” originating from Germany and Hungary:

23.01.10.5345.01 – Bovine meat
23.01.10.5345.03 – Equine meat
23.01.10.5345.05 – Ovine meat
23.01.10.5345.07 – Porcine meat
