Chapter 06 was published to modify the import conditions for the following HS codes with the end use “Propagation (growing or sowing)” and with the miscellaneous code “Without soil, related matter or growing media” originating from the Netherlands.

06.02.20.0017.90 – Other (producing edible fruit and nuts) – rooted plants.
06.02.20.0019.16 – Echium spp. other than E. plantagineum – True seedlings.
06.02.20.0019.90 – Other – true seedlings.
06.02.20.0020.90 – Other – rooted plants (producing edible fruit or nuts) – miscellaneous.
06.02.90.0023.18 – Hemlock – rooted plants (Tsuga spp.).
06.02.90.0023.90 – Other rooted plants (without edible fruit or nuts).
06.02.90.0025.90 – Other rootcrop plants (rooted plant).
06.02.90.0030.11 – Herbs and Leafy Greens – plants.
06.02.90.0030.20 – Cacti (cactus) – rooted plants.
06.02.90.0030.90 – Other propagative material – rooted plants, miscellaneous.
06.02.90.0040 – Landscape and/or roof-top rolls, covers, mats or blankets other than grass sod.
06.04.20.0149 – Fresh mosses and lichens.
