A) Chapter 08

Chapter 08 was published to:

i) remove the miscellaneous codes “Container weighing less than 200 kg” and “Container weighing more than 200 kg” from the following HS codes with the end uses “Further Processing”, “Human Consumption”, “Other end uses”, “Repacking” and “Show or Exhibition”:

08.08.30.4003 – Pears (fresh).
08.08.30.4004 – Pears – Organic.
08.09.10.4020.01 – Apricots (fresh). (Prunus armeniaca).
08.09.10.4020.02 – Apricots (fresh). (Prunus armeniaca) – Organic.
08.09.30.4005.01 – Peach (fresh). (Prunus persica).
08.09.30.4005.02 – Peach (fresh). (Prunus persica) – Organic.

ii) remove the miscellaneous code “Container weighing less than 200 kg, in transit through British Columbia”, “Container weighing more than 200 kg, in transit through British Columbia”, “Container weighing less than 200 kg, not in transit through British Columbia” and “Container weighing more than 200 kg, not in transit through British Columbia” from the following HS codes with the end uses “Further Processing”, “Human Consumption”, “Other end uses”, “Repacking” and “Show or Exhibition” originating from the States of California, Idaho, Oregon and Washington destined to all provinces except British Columbia:

iii) modify the import conditions and the registration type list for the following HS codes with the end uses “Further Processing”, “Human Consumption”, “Other end uses” and “Repacking”:
