Chapter 05 was published to modify the import conditions of the following HS codes with the end use “Research and Educational use” and the miscellaneous code “Consignment destined to a CFIA approved quarantine unit” originating from the United States:

05.11.91.4001.65 – Danio rerio – TSN 163699 – Zebrafish (germplasm).
05.11.91.4006.35 – Pimephales promelas – TSN 163517 – Fathead minnow (germplasm).
