CFIA-AIRS Updates November 16th 2020

Chapter 44 was published to change the miscellaneous code from “Destined to an area not regulated for Pine Shoot Beetle” to “Destined to an area not regulated for Gypsy Moth” for the following HS code with the end use “Other end uses - imported with bark”, destined to the province of Ontario and Quebec and originating from the states of Illinois, Indiana, Minnesota, Ohio, Virginia, Wisconsin and West Virginia.

44.03.21.0010 - Pine (Pinus spp.) - other products such as logs.
