Chapter 18 was published to modify the import conditions of the following HS codes with the end uses “Human consumption”, “Other end uses”, “Research and educational use” and “Show or exhibition” originating from Japan:

18.06.90.3675 – Flavoured milk, ice cream and frozen dessert mixes, containing more than 5% cocoa.

Chapter 19 was published to:

i) modify the import conditions of the following HS codes with the end uses “Human consumption”, “Other end uses” and “Show or exhibition” originating from Japan:

19.01.10.7100 – Infant formula, Milk-based.
19.01.90.3725 – Ice cream and frozen dessert mixes, containing less than 5% cocoa.
19.01.90.3726 – Caramelized concentrated milk.
19.01.90.3727 – Cream substitute containing milk ingredients.
19.01.90.3736 – Prepared puddings and custards containing milk ingredients.
19.01.90.3739 – Food preparations containing milk ingredients.
19.01.90.3750 – Caramelized concentrated milk – Organic.

ii) modify the import conditions of the following HS codes with the end use “Research and educational use” originating from Japan:
