i) modify the import conditions and add a registration type for the following HS codes with the end uses “Human consumption” and “Other end uses” originating from Germany.

ii) change the release recommendation from “Refer to CFIA-NISC” to “Approved” for the following HS code with the end use “Ornamental use” originating from New Zealand.

06.03.19.0032.10 – Geranium spp. – cut flowers or flower buds – fresh

iii) modify the import conditions for the following HS code with the end use “Propagation (growing or sowing)” and the miscellaneous code “Without soil, related matter or growing media” originating for the States of California, Oregon and Washington.

06.02.10.0020.43 – Geranium spp. – unrooted plants

C) Chapter 12

Chapter 12 was published to:

i) remove the end use “Propagation (growing or sowing)” from the following HS code.

ii) add the end use “Further processing” to the following HS codes.
