Chapter 05 was published to modify the description and change the release recommendation from “Refuse Entry” to “Refer to CFIA-NISC” for the following HS code with the end use “Other end uses” originating from all origins except Argentina, Australia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Cuba, European Member States, Japan, Mexico, New Zealand, Paraguay, Peru, Republic of Korea, United States and Uruguay:

05.11.99.1567.21 – Processed, heat-treated pet chews not otherwise specified, without flavouring.
