Chapter 08 was published to change the release recommendation from “Refuse Entry” to Refer to “CFIA-NISC” for the following HS code originating from Republic of Maldova.

08.09.40.4007 – Plums (fresh). (Prunus domestica, P. insititia, P. salicina and their hybrids)

This created a requirement version change for the following HS codes.

08.09.40.4008 - Sloes (fresh). (Prunus spinosa). (Prunus spinosa) 08.09.40.4009 - Pluot (hybrid of Prunus spp.). 08.09.40.4010 - Plumcot (hybrid of Prunus spp.).
