A) Chapter 12

Chapter 12 was published to modify the import conditions for the following HS codes with the end use “Animal feed” originating from Burkina Faso, Burundi, Benin, Central African Republic, Congo, Ivory Coast, Cameroon, Cape Verde, Ghana, Gambia, Guinea-Bissau, Kenya, Madagascar, Malawi, Mozambique, Namibia, Nigeria, Rwanda, Sierra Leone, Senegal, Chad, Togo, United Republic of Tanzania, Uganda, South Africa, Zambia, Zimbabwe, Bhutan, China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, India, Cambodia, Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, Republic of Korea, Democratic Republic of Lao Peoples, Myanmar, Mongolia, Malaysia, Nepal, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Timor-Leste, Viet Nam, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Germany, Estonia, Greece, Croatia, Hungary, Italy, Lithuania, Latvia, Republic of Moldova, North Macedonia, Poland, Romania, Serbia, Russian Federation, Sweden, Slovakia, Ukraine, Republic of Kosovo, Papua New Guinea, Dominican Republic and Haiti:

12.06.00.7111 – Helianthus annuus (Sunflower), seed – In-shell – Organic.
12.07.60.0002 – Safflower (Carthamus tinctorius) seeds – Organic.
