Chapter 05

Chapter 05 was published to modify the import conditions of the following HS codes with the end uses “Breeding” and “Other end uses” originating from Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Saint-Pierre and Miquelon, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden : 

05.11.10.1290.01 – non heterospermic semen.
05.11.99.1293.02 – Bison/buffalo.
05.11.99.1293.20 – Water buffalo.
05.11.99.1294.03 – Bovine (cattle) – dairy.
05.11.99.1294.04 – Bovine (cattle) – beef.
05.11.99.1295.03 – Bovine (cattle) – dairy.
05.11.99.1295.04 – Bovine (cattle) – beef.
