A) Chapter 05

Chapter 05 was published to modify the import conditions of the following HS codes with the end use “Canadian goods returning to Canada”:

05.07.90.1287 – Pet chews made solely of the outer keratin shell of horns, without horn cores from ruminants (cattle, buffalo, bison, sheep, goats).
05.10.00.1286 – Glands and other animal products used in the preparation of pharmaceutical products
05.11.99.1567 – Pet Chews

B) Chapter 06

Chapter 06 was published to modify the import conditions of multiple HS codes under the following sub chapters with the end use “Propagation (growing or sowing)” and the miscellaneous codes “With soil or related matter (including growing media not approved under the CGMP)” and “Without soil” originating from the United States:

Chapter 42 was published to modify the import conditions of the following HS code with the end use “Canadian goods returning to Canada”:

42.05.00.1567.04 – Processed, heat-treated pet chews made entirely of rawhide, formed or extruded into shapes, WITHOUT meat or meal ingredients.
