Chapter 19 was published to add the end uses “Canadian goods returning to Canada”, “Further processing for human consumption”, “Other end uses”, “Sample for testing” and “Travellers & Personal use and not for resale or distribution” to the following HS code originating from all countries:

19.05.90.7347 – Pizza containing fish or seafood, not containing meat.
