Chapter 03 was published to:

i) add the miscellaneous codes “Consignment destined to a CFIA approved quarantine unit” and “Consignment requires certification” to the following HS code with the end uses “Culture” and “Research and educational use” originating from the State of Florida:

03.06.36.4847.90 Litopenaeus vannamei – TSN 551682 – Whiteleg shrimp (non-ready-to-eat, live or head on and shell on) (live, fresh or chilled).

ii) change the release recommendation from “Refuse entry” to “Refer to CFIA-veterinary inspection” for the following HS code with the end uses “Culture” and “Research and educational use” and the miscellaneous code “Consignment destined to a CFIA approved quarantine unit” originating from the State of Florida:
