A) Chapter 12

Chapter 12 was published to remove a registration type from the following HS code with the end use “Further processing” originating from all countries:

12.14.90.0007.02 – Rutabaga (fresh or chilled) (roots) (Brassica napobrassica)

B) Chapter 15

Chapter 15 was published to remove a registration type from the following HS codes with the end use “Livestock feed” originating from all countries:

15.04.10.8009 – Fish-liver oil
15.04.20.8020 – Fats and oils of fish (other than liver oils)
