The CFIA Requests the CSCB to Share an ePhyto User Experience Survey

As a member of the Industry Working Group, the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) has asked the CSCB to share their requested feedback from exporters who currently request ePhytos (electronic phytosanitary certificates) through My CFIA.

We would appreciate your assistance in sharing the survey attached with your members and industry contacts who currently participate in the ePhyto initiative. Feedback from users is essential to help CFIA improve the service, address challenges, and better meet the needs of exporters.

The survey is intended to gather information on users' experiences with ePhyto and will support the continued enhancement and expansion of the initiative, including the onboarding of additional trading partner countries in the near future. Survey details can be found here.

Survey closing date: September 28, 2026
