CFIA scheduled system maintenance

As part of CFIA’s ongoing efforts to improve client service, please be advised that CFIA will be performing network maintenance on:

January 19, 2025 from 3:00 am to 7:00 am (ET)

Consequently, the following services may not be available for this period:

  • Automated Import Reference System (AIRS)
  • CFIA Shipment Tracker for Food, Plant and Animal products
  • Electronic Data Interchange – Integrated Import Declaration (EDI – IID)

If you require assistance with an admissibility release process for the above noted services please contact the NISC for guidance.

Dans le cadre des efforts continus de l’ACIA pour améliorer le service à la clientèle, veuillez noter que nous effectuerons une maintenance du réseau à la date suivante :

Durant cette période, les services suivants pourraient ne pas être accessibles :

  • Système automatisé de référence à l’importation (SARI)
  • Suivi des envois d’aliments, de végétaux et d’animaux de l’ACIA
  • Échange de données informatisé – Déclaration d’importation intégrée (EDI – DII)

Si vous avez besoin d’aide pour le processus de relâche concernant les services mentionnés ci-haut, veuillez communiquer avec le CSNI.
