Changes to Beef Carcass grade requirements

On April 29, 2026, the Canadian Beef Grading Agency (CBGA) made changes to the Beef, Bison and Veal Carcass Grade Requirements, a document incorporated by reference into the Safe Food for Canadians Regulations. Changes to documents incorporated by reference follow the CFIA Incorporation by Reference Policy.

The amended version can be found in the Inventory of documents incorporated by reference. These changes reflect feedback received by the CBGA during the consultation period.


Modifications aux exigences relatives à la classification des carcasses de bœuf

 

Le 29 avril 2026, l’Agence canadienne de classement du bœuf (ACCB) a apporté des modifications aux les exigences relatives à la classification des carcasses de bœuf dans les Exigences relatives à la classification des carcasses de bœuf, de bison et de veau, un document incorporé par renvoi au Règlement sur la salubrité des aliments au Canada. Les modifications aux documents incorporés par renvoi sont apportées conformément à la Politique de l'ACIA sur l'incorporation par renvoi.

La version modifiée se trouvent dans l’Inventaire des documents incorporés par renvoi. Ces modifications tiennent compte des commentaires reçus par l’ACCB pendant la période de consultation.
