CITT Issues Determination of Reasonable Indication of Injury—Thermal Paper Rolls from China

The Canadian International Trade Tribunal today determined that there is a reasonable indication that the dumping and subsidizing of thermal paper rolls from China have caused injury to the domestic industry.

The CBSA will continue its investigations and, by September 10, 2025, will issue preliminary determinations.
