CN 18-10, Highway Sufferance Warehouse Closure (Edmundston, New Brunswick)

1. The purpose of this notice is to advise that:

(a) effective July 31, 2018 the company located at 636 Principale Street, Saint-Jacques, NB will be surrendering their “BW” type highway sufferance warehouse licence.

(b) the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) has decided not to advertise for a new highway sufferance warehouse at this port.

2. As such, effective July 31, 2018 all bonded highway carriers transporting commercial freight for clearance at Edmundston, NB, port of entry will have to declare at another highway sufferance warehouse.
