Conclusion of an Expiry Review Investigation regarding hot-rolled carbon steel plate

Please be advised that the CBSA has today concluded an expiry review investigation to determine whether the expiry of the finding by the Canadian International Trade Tribunal is likely to result in the continuation or resumption of dumping of certain hot‑rolled carbon steel plate and high‑strength low‑alloy steel plate from Brazil, Denmark, Indonesia, Italy, Japan, and South Korea.
