Re-investigation respecting certain carbon steel fasteners from the People’s Republic of China (China) and the Separate Customs Territory of Taiwan, Penghu, Kinmen and Matsu (Chinese Taipei)
The Canada Border Services Agency announced today that it has concluded its re-investigation of the normal values and the export prices of certain carbon steel fasteners originating in or exported from the People’s Republic of China (China) and the Separate Customs Territory of Taiwan, Penghu, Kinmen and Matsu (Chinese Taipei), and the amounts of subsidy of certain carbon steel fasteners originating in or exported from China. The re-investigation is part of the enforcement of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal’s order made on January 5, 2015 in Expiry Review No. RR-2014-001.
