Interim Guidance (IOG/OOP 42569) – Consistent Application of Grain Export Service Fees

Please be advised that the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) has updated the following modules of the Accredited Veterinarian Manual:

Module 3.3; Laboratories – Removal of Idexx (Delta) from the Approved Laboratories List. Temporary removal of BC Animal Health Center (due to Nov 2021 flooding). Removal of CHAH-EBL testing.
Module 5.10; Export of Birds, Poultry & Hatching Eggs to the US – addition of the HA 2874 to the list of "Other export certificates"
Chapter 9; Canada Health Accredited Herd Enzootic Bovine Leukosis Program – various amendments pertaining to the transfer of all testing responsibilities under the CHAH-EBL program from approved labs to the CFIA St Hyacinthe laboratory

Please take the time to review the updated modules and if you have any questions, reach out to your local animal health district office.

Veuillez prendre note que l'Agence canadienne d'inspection des aliments (ACIA) a mis à jour les modules suivants du manuel du vétérinaire accrédité:

Chapitre 9; Programme canadien de certification sanitaire des troupeaux à l'égard de la leucose bovine enzootique - diverses modifications relatives au transfert de toutes les responsabilités en matière d'analyse dans le cadre du programme PCCST-LBE des laboratoires approuvés au laboratoire de l'ACIA à St-Hyacinthe.

Veuillez prendre le temps d'examiner les modules et si vous avez des questions, communiquez avec votre bureau local de district de Santé des animaux.
