Copper pipe fittings, Conclusion of normal value review

The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) has today concluded a normal value review to update the normal values and export prices applicable to certain copper pipe fittings exported to Canada from the United States by Nacobre USA LLC. (Nacobre USA).

The review is part of the CBSA’s enforcement of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal’s (CITT) findings of material injury issued on February 19, 2007, and continued, without amendment, by order dated February 17, 2012 and continued, with amendment, by order dated November 28, 2016, respecting the dumping of certain copper pipe fittings from the United States, South Korea and China, and the countervailing of certain copper pipe fittings from China, in accordance with the Special Import Measures Act (SIMA).
