CPKC and Union Ratify New Agreement

On February 24, 2025, Canadian Pacific Kansas City (CPKC) ratified a new collective agreement with Canadian employees.

Four-year agreements are now in place with Unifor, the union representing approximately 1,200 mechanics, labourers, diesel service attendants and mechanical support staff and with Teamsters Canada, the union representing approximately 2,300 engineering services employees. The Teamsters collective agreement was ratified on February 14, 2025.
