CARM Client Portal (CCP) Intermittent Document Upload Issue
Some external users are receiving an error message when uploading their documents to the CARM Client Portal (CCP).
Since May 30th at 6:00 PM EST, CBSA implemented a fix and even if you receive an error message, the documents are successfully received. To verify if they are, please refresh the page and you will see the attached documents.
We are working to resolve this error message completely and do not yet have an estimate for its resolution.
