Customs Notice 26-01: Update Closure of the Sherbrooke office

Ottawa, January 6, 2026

1. With reference to Customs Notice 23-25, this notice is to advise that:

  • Effective on January 5th 2026, the telephone link at the Sherbrooke office, established following the closure of the commercial office, will be removed.

  • Alternative customer service will continue to be provided on an ongoing basis at the Stanhope office. The Stanhope office is located at:

    1000 Rte 147
    Stanhope QC, Quebec
    J1A 2S2

  • le lien téléphonique au bureau de Sherbrooke, instauré suite à la fermeture du bureau commercial, sera retiré à compter du 5 janvier 2026.

  • Le service alternatif continue d’être offert à la clientèle sur une base permanente au bureau de Stanhope. L’adresse du bureau de Stanhope est la suivante :
