This memorandum outlines the telephone reporting procedures that general aviation and private boat operators use to report to the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) when entering Canada.

In Brief

This memorandum was expanded in September 2018 to include guidelines and requirements related to CBSA services at a Fixed Base Operator and the requirements for a Telephone Reporting Site/Marine designation.

This memorandum has been edited for improved clarity but all of the procedures remain the same.
