Date Corrected for Upcoming CARM Scheduled Outages

Thank you to a member for pointing out the typo in the dates for upcoming CARM Scheduled Outages, found in Bulletin 5384 here on the CARM Client Portal homepage.

CBSA has advised "This will be corrected to reflect the portal outage ending on January 18th."

Scheduled outages for 2025

The CARM Client Portal will not be available on the following dates to implement product fixes and/or maintenance:

Friday, January 17, 2025 9pm EST to 2am EST January 11 18, 2025 (to be confirmed)
Friday, January 31 9pm EST to February 1, time to be confirmed EST
Friday, February 21 9pm EST to February 22 time to be confirmed EST
