E669 – Declaration of Minor Processing In The Territory Of A Non-Party (CIFTA)

Form E669 has been updated. Form E669 is used as additional proof of origin for certain CIFTA originating goods that have entered into specific territories that are non-Parties to the Canada Israel Free Trade Agreement (CIFTA) for minor processing or for any processing that does not increase the transaction value of the goods by greater than 10%.
