EDN107 Additional specified vaping province effective February 26, 2026

This notice provides information regarding amendments made to the Excise Duties on Vaping Products Regulations, including the addition of Nova Scotia as a specified vaping province and applicable transitional rules.

The amendments to the Regulations came into force on February 26, 2026.

Le présent avis renferme des renseignements sur les modifications apportées au Règlement concernant les droits d'accise sur les produits de vapotage, notamment l'ajout de la Nouvelle‑Écosse à la liste des provinces déterminées de vapotage et les règles transitoires qui s'y appliquent.

Les modifications au Règlement sont entrées en vigueur le 26 février 2026.
