End of transition period to the amended Fertilizers Regulations

October 26, 2023

The transition period for the Fertilizers Regulations comes to an end on October 26, 2023. Going forward, all fertilizer and supplement importers, manufacturers, distributors and retailers are required to comply with the provisions of the amended regulations.
