Export certificate and required statement for the export of fish gelatin to the USA / Certificat d'exportation et énoncé requis lors de l'exportation de gélatine de poisson vers les États-Unis

The Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) has updated the Food export requirements library to include the required export certificate and statement for the export of fish gelatin to the USA for further processing in the USA and then exported to the EU from the USA. The required document is the Certificate of Origin and Hygiene CFIA/ACIA 5003 (2019/01).


L'Agence canadienne d'inspection des aliments (ACIA) a modifié la Bibliothèque des exigences en matière d'exportation d'aliments pour inclure le certificat d'exportation et l'énoncé requis lors de l'exportation de gélatine de poisson vers les États-Unis destiné à une transformation ultérieure et ensuite exporter vers l'UE a partir des États-Unis. Le document requis est le Certificat d'origine et d'hygiène CFIA/ACIA 5003 (2019/01).
