Extension of re-investigation: Oil country tubular goods (OCTG 2024 RI)

The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) has extended the re-investigation to update the normal values and export prices of certain oil country tubular goods originating in or exported from the Separate Customs Territory of Taiwan, Penghu, Kinmen and Matsu (Chinese Taipei), India, Indonesia, South Korea, Thailand, Türkiye and Vietnam.

Due to the complexity of the issues presented and the number of persons involved, the re-investigation has been extended and will now conclude by January 31st, 2025.

Prorogation de réexamen : Fournitures tubulaires pour puits de pétrole (OCTG 2024 RI)

L’Agence des services frontaliers du Canada (ASFC) a prorogé le réexamen des valeurs normales et des prix à l'exportation de certaines fournitures tubulaires pour puits de pétrole originaires ou exportées du Territoire douanier distinct de Taiwan, Penghu, Kinmen et Matsu (Taipei chinois), d’Inde, de l’Indonésie, de la Corée du Sud, Thaïlande, de la Türkiye et du Vietnam.

En raison de la complexité et le nombre de personnes touchées, le réexamen a été prorogé et prendra fin d'ici le 31 janvier 2025.
