Federal Registry: A Notice by the U.S. Customs and Border Protection

 

On March 6, 2025, the U.S. Customs and Border Protection, Department of Homeland Security published Notice of Implementation of Additional Duties on Products of Canada Pursuant to the President's Executive Order 14193, Imposing Duties To Address the Flow of Illicit Drugs Across Our Northern Border in the Federal Register.

This serves as the notice of changes to the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS) due to the new specified rates of duty on imports of articles that are products of Canada.
