Frozen Fruit and Vegetables Destined to Vietnam

Vietnam now requires a phytosanitary certificate for fresh fruit and vegetables that are frozen at a temperature higher than -18°C.

A phytosanitary certificate will not be issued for fresh fruit and vegetables destined to Vietnam that were frozen at -18°C or lower. The exporter will be responsible for providing documentation to their importer in Vietnam indicating the product was frozen below -18°C. It is the responsibility of the exporter to provide this information in the format of their choice to their importer in Vietnam to provide to Vietnamese customs officials.

Pour les fruits et légumes surgelés vers le Vietnam

Le Vietnam exige désormais un certificat phytosanitaire pour les fruits et légumes frais surgelés à une température supérieure à -18°C.

Un certificat phytosanitaire ne sera pas délivré pour les fruits et légumes frais destinés au Vietnam et surgelés à -18 °C ou moins, l’exportateur sera obligé de fournir des documents attestant que le produit a été surgelé à une température inférieure à -18°C. Il est de la responsabilité de l’exportateur de fournir ces informations dans le format de son choix à son importateur au Vietnam pour qu’il les fournisse aux douanes vietnamiennes.
