Happy Holidays! (Holiday Operations Notice)

Happy Holidays!

As we conclude another year of dedicated service, the CSCB staff and Board of Directors would like to acknowledge the incredible journey we've shared with you in 2024. Our commitment to excellence continues to drive everything we do, and we look forward to continuing to serve the needs of Canada’s customs brokers, preferred business clients, students, and designates in the year ahead.

Office Hours Update

Please be advised that our offices will be closed from December 25, 2024, to January 1, 2025. During this period, regular operations will be limited to allow our team time for personal reflection and rejuvenation. Urgent situations will still be handled: please contact us at [email protected] or by text at 613-408-1365 if you encounter a time-sensitive issue that cannot wait until after January 1st. Please note that many Canadian government departments will also be operating with limited staff during this period, so responses may be delayed.

CCBP (Intro), CCS, and CTCS students can continue to engage with our Education Team via Brightspace and other channels already in place.

We want to express our profound appreciation for the trust you've placed in the CSCB throughout the year. Your continued support fuels our passion and inspires our ongoing mission.

The team will return to full operational status on January 2nd , bringing renewed energy and commitment to serving your needs.

From all of us at CSCB, we extend our sincerest wishes for a peaceful holiday season and a prosperous new year.
