Market access for the export of fish and seafood to the Sultanate of Oman

Following successful negotiations with the Sultanate of Oman, the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) is pleased to announce that Canada has gained market access to export fish and seafood for human consumption to Oman. Two health certificates are available:

  • Health certificate for the export of live fish, live crustaceans, and products derived from these animals for human consumption from Canada to the Sultanate of Oman (CFIA/ACIA FA1059)
  • Health certificate for the export of live bivalve molluscs, live echinoderms, live tunicates, live marine gastropods and products derived from these animals for human consumption from Canada to the Sultanate of Oman (CFIA/ACIA FA1060)

The new health certificates will be implemented immediately.

Accès au marché pour l’exportation de poissons et fruits de mer vers le Sultanat d’Oman

 

À la suite de négociations fructueuses avec le Sultanat d’Oman, l’Agence canadienne d’inspection des aliments (ACIA) est heureuse d’annoncer que le Canada a obtenu l’accès au marché pour l’exportation de poissons et de fruits de mer destinés à la consommation humaine vers Oman. Deux certificats sanitaires sont disponibles :

  • Certificat sanitaire pour l’exportation de poisson vivant, de crustacés vivants et les produits provenant de ces animaux pour la consommation humaine du Canada vers le Sultanat d’Oman (CFIA/ACIA FA1059)
  • Certificat sanitaire pour l’exportation de mollusques bivalves vivants, d’échinodermes vivants, de tuniciés vivants, de gastropodes marins vivants et les produits provenant de ces animaux pour la consommation humaine du Canada vers le Sultanat d’Oman (CFIA/ACIA FA1060)

Les nouveaux certificats sanitaires seront être mis en œuvre immédiatement.
