Minister Champagne to travel to Washington to meet with international counterparts

The Honourable François-Philippe Champagne, Minister of Finance and National Revenue, will be in Washington D.C. on January 11 and 12 to participate in a series of meetings with his G7 counterparts and other like-minded countries on trade.

While in Washington, Minister Champagne will participate in a finance ministers' meeting hosted by United States Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent to discuss global supply chains for critical minerals, in addition to bilateral  with counterparts.
