Ministers Anand and Champagne to travel to Mexico to deepen Canada-Mexico ties

Prior to Prime Minister Carney’s upcoming visit to Mexico, the Honourable Anita Anand, Minister of Foreign Affairs, and the Honourable François-Philippe Champagne, Minister of Finance and National Revenue, will travel to Mexico City, Mexico from August 5 to 6, 2025. The ministers will be meeting with with President Claudia Sheinbaum and their respective counterparts to advance key shared priorities, including economic growth, security and trade.
