Nitisinone Capsules, Preliminary Injury Inquiry No. PI-2018-006

The Canadian International Trade Tribunal hereby gives notice that, pursuant to subsection 34(2) of the Special Import Measures Act (SIMA), it has initiated a preliminary injury inquiry to determine whether the evidence discloses a reasonable indication that the dumping of capsules and tablets of nitisinone with a dosage of 2 mg, 5 mg, 10 mg and 20 mg, whether or not they are packaged for retail, originating in or exported from the Kingdom of Sweden, has caused injury or retardation or is threatening to cause injury, as these words are defined in SIMA.
