Notice of close of record and updated schedule: Aluminum extrusions (AE 2024 UP1)

The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) has now closed the record of the export price review (review) of certain aluminum extrusions originating in or exported from China by Guangdong Luoxiang Aluminium Co., Ltd.

The review is part of the CBSA’s enforcement of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal’s (CITT) order issued on January 13, 2020, in Expiry Review No. RR-2018-008, respecting the dumping and subsidizing of certain aluminum extrusions originating in or exported from China, in accordance with the Special Import Measures Act (SIMA).

The updated schedule for this review is now available. Interested parties will now have seven days from the close of record to file case arguments concerning this review.

Avis de clôture du dossier et mise à jour du calendrier : Extrusions d’aluminium (AE 2024 UP1)

L’Agence des services frontaliers du Canada (ASFC) a maintenant annoncé la clôture du dossier de la révision des prix à l’exportation (révision) de certaines extrusions d’aluminium originaires ou exportées de la Chine par Guangdong Luoxiang Aluminium Co., Ltd.

Cette révision découle de l’exécution par l’ASFC de l’ordonnance du Tribunal canadien du commerce extérieur (TCCE) rendue le 13 janvier 2020 dans le cadre du réexamen relatif à l’expiration numéro RR-2018-008, à l’égard du dumping et du subventionnement de certaines extrusions d’aluminium originaires ou exportées de la Chine, conformément à la Loi sur les mesures spéciales d’importation (LMSI).

Vous trouverez maintenant une mise à jour du calendrier de la révision. Les parties intéressées auront maintenant sept jours à compter de la clôture du dossier pour déposer des mémoires concernant cette révision.
