Notice of close of record and updated schedule: Carbon steel welded pipe 2

The Canada Border Services Agency has now closed the record of the expedited review of certain carbon steel welded pipe exported to Canada from the United Arab Emirates by KD Industries Inc.

This expedited review is part of the ongoing enforcement of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal’s findings of material injury issued on December 11, 2012, respecting the dumping of carbon steel welded pipe from Chinese Taipei, India, Oman, the Republic of Korea, Thailand and the United Arab Emirates, and the amounts of subsidy of certain carbon steel welded pipe originating in or exported from India. The findings were subsequently reviewed and continued by order dated October 15, 2018.

The updated schedule for this expedited review is now available. Interested parties will now have seven days from the close of the record to file submissions concerning this review.
