Notice of close of record and updated schedule: Carbon Steel Welded Pipe (CSWP1 2024 UP1)

The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) has now closed the record of the normal value review of certain carbon steel welded pipe (CSWP) originating in or exported from China by Tianjin Baode Steel Co., Ltd.

The review follows a request for re determination filed by an importer and is part of the CBSA’s enforcement of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal’s (CITT) order issued on March 28, 2019, respecting the dumping and subsidizing of CSWP originating in or exported from China, in accordance with the Special Import Measures Act (SIMA).

The updated schedule for this normal value review is now available. Interested parties will now have seven days from the close of the record to file submissions concerning this review.

Avis de clôture du dossier et mise à jour du calendrier : Tubes soudés en acier au carbone (CSWP1 2024 UP1)

L’Agence des services frontaliers du Canada (ASFC) a maintenant annoncé la clôture du dossier de la révision des valeurs normales applicable aux tubes soudés en acier au carbone originaires ou exportés de la Chine par Tianjin Baode Steel Co., Ltd.

La révision fait suite à une demande de réexamen déposée par un importateur et découle de l’exécution par l’ASFC de l’ordonnance du Tribunal canadien du commerce extérieur (TCCE) rendue le 28 mars 2019 dans le réexamen relatif à l’expiration RR-2018-001, à l’égard du dumping et du subventionnement des tubes soudés en acier au carbone originaires ou exportés de la Chine, conformément à la Loi sur les mesures spéciales d’importation (LMSI).

Vous trouverez maintenant une mise à jour du calendrier de la révision des valeurs normales. Les parties intéressées auront sept jours à partir de la clôture du dossier pour déposer des observations concernant cette révision.
