Notice of close of record and updated schedule: Corrosion-resistant steel sheet 2 (COR2 2023 UP1)

The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) has now closed the record of the normal value review (review) of certain corrosion-resistant steel sheet (COR) originating in or exported from Vietnam by Delaware Steel Company, Div. of Consolidated Fabricators Corp. (Delaware).

The review follows a request for re-determination filed by an importer and is part of the CBSA's enforcement of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal's (CITT) finding issued on November 16, 2020 in Inquiry No. NQ-2019-002, respecting the dumping of COR originating in or exported from Türkiye and Vietnam and the subsidizing of such goods, originating in or exported from Türkiye, in accordance with the Special Import Measures Act (SIMA).

The updated schedule for this review is now available. Interested parties will now have seven days from the close of the record to file case arguments concerning this review.

Avis de clôture du dossier et mise à jour du calendrier : Feuilles d'acier résistant à la corrosion 2 (COR2 2023 UP1)

L'Agence des services frontaliers du Canada (ASFC) a maintenant annoncé la clôture du dossier de la révision des valeurs normales (révision) de certaines feuilles d’acier résistant à la corrosion originaires ou exportées du Vietnam par Delaware Steel Company, Div. of Consolidated Fabricators Corp. (Delaware).

La révision fait suite à une demande de révision déposée par un importateur et s'inscrit dans le cadre de l'exécution par l'ASFC des conclusions rendues par le Tribunal canadien du commerce extérieur (TCCE) le 16 novembre 2020 dans l’enquête NQ-2019-002 concernant le dumping de certaines feuilles d’acier résistant à la corrosion originaires ou exportées de la Türkiye et du Vietnam, et le subventionnement de telles marchandises originaires ou exportées de la Türkiye, conformément à la Loi sur les mesures spéciales d’importation (LMSI).

Vous trouverez maintenant une mise à jour du calendrier de la révision. Les parties intéressées auront sept jours à partir de la clôture du dossier pour déposer des mémoires concernant cette révision.
