Notice of close of record and updated schedule: Hollow structural sections (HSS 2023 XR)

The Canada Border Services Agency has now closed the record of the expedited review of certain hollow structural sections (HSS) exported to Canada from South Korea by Histeel Co., Ltd.

This expedited review is part of the ongoing enforcement of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal’s finding of material injury issued on December 23, 2003, respecting the dumping of HSS from South Korea and Türkiye. The finding was subsequently reviewed and continued by orders dated December 22, 2008, December 20, 2013, and October 16, 2019.

The updated schedule for this review is now available. Interested parties will now have seven days from the close of the record to file case arguments concerning this review.

Avis de clôture du dossier et mise à jour du calendrier : Tubes structuraux en acier (HSS 2023 XR)

L’Agence des services frontaliers du Canada a maintenant annoncé la clôture du dossier du réexamen accéléré de certains sections structurales creuses (SSC) exportés au Canada de la Corée du Sud par Histeel Co., Ltd.

Ce réexamen accéléré s’inscrit dans le cadre de l’exécution des conclusions de dommage sensible rendues par le Tribunal canadien du commerce extérieur le 23 décembre 2003, concernant le dumping de SSC originaires ou exportés de la Corée du Sud et de la Türkiye. Ces conclusions ont été subséquemment révisées et prorogées par des ordonnances datées du 22 décembre 2008, du 20 décembre 2013 et du 16 octobre 2019.

Vous trouverez maintenant une mise à jour du calendrier de la révision. Les parties intéressées auront sept jours à partir de la clôture du dossier pour déposer des mémoires concernant cette révision.
