Notice of close of record and updated schedule: Steel Piling Pipe (PP 2024 UP2)

The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) has now closed the record of the normal value review (review) of certain steel piling pipe (piling pipe) originating in or exported from China by Shanghai Electric Power Transmission & Distribution Engineering Co., Ltd.

The review follows a request for re-determination filed by an importer and is part of the CBSA’s enforcement of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal’s (CITT) order issued on January 17, 2024, in Expiry Review No. RR-2022-005, respecting the dumping and the subsidizing of piling pipe originating in or exported from China, in accordance with the Special Import Measures Act (SIMA).

The updated schedule for this review is now available. Interested parties will now have seven days from the close of record to file case arguments concerning this review.

Avis de clôture du dossier et mise à jour du calendrier : Tubes en acier pour pilotis (PP 2024 UP2)

L’Agence des services frontaliers du Canada (ASFC) a maintenant annoncé la clôture du dossier de la révision des valeurs normales (révision) de certains tubes en acier pour pilotis (tubes pour pilotis) originaires ou exportés de la Chine par Shanghai Electric Power Transmission & Distribution Engineering Co., Ltd.

La révision fait suite à la demande de réexamen déposée par un importateur et découle de l’exécution par l’ASFC de l’ordonnance du Tribunal canadien du commerce extérieur (TCCE) rendue le 17 janvier 2024 dans le cadre du réexamen relatif à l’expiration numéro RR-2022-005, à l’égard du dumping et du subventionnement de tubes pour pilotis originaires ou exportés de la Chine, conformément à la Loi sur les mesures spéciales d’importation (LMSI).

Vous trouverez maintenant une mise à jour du calendrier de la révision. Les parties intéressées auront maintenant sept jours à compter de la clôture du dossier pour déposer des mémoires concernant cette révision.
