Notice of close of record and updated schedule: Upholstered Domestic Seating (UDS 2022 XR1)

The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) has now closed the record of the expedited review of certain upholstered domestic furniture (UDS), exported to Canada from China by Eterno Co. Ltd. and Zhe Jiang Shengli Furniture Co., Ltd.

The updated schedule for this expedited review is now available. Interested parties will now have seven days from the close of the record to file submissions concerning this review.

L’Agence des services frontaliers du Canada (ASFC) a maintenant annoncé la clôture du dossier du réexamen accéléré applicable à certains sièges domestiques rembourrés exportés au Canada de Chine par les exportateurs Eterno Co. Ltd. et Zhe Jiang Shengli Furniture Co., Ltd.

Vous trouverez maintenant une mise à jour du calendrier du réexamen accéléré. Les parties intéressées auront sept jours à partir de la clôture du dossier pour déposer des observations concernant cette révision.
