Notice of conclusion of administrative review — China: Large Line Pipe (LLP 2024 UP1)

The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) has concluded an administrative review of the normal values and export prices of certain welded large diameter carbon and alloy steel line pipe (large line pipe) originating in or exported from the People’s Republic of China.

Subject goods originating in or exported from China will continue to be determined pursuant to the ministerial specification, under section 29 of the Special Import Measures Act, by advancing the export price of the goods by 95.0%.

L’Agence des services frontaliers du Canada (ASFC) a conclu aujourd’hui une révision administrative des valeurs normales et prix à l’exportation de certains tubes de canalisation soudés à gros diamètre en acier au carbone et en acier allié (gros tubes de canalisation) originaires ou exportés de la République populaire de Chine.

Les marchandises soumises originaires ou exportés de la Chine continuerons d’être assujetties à une prescription ministérielle, en vertu de l'article 29 de la Loi sur les mesures spéciales d’importation, en majorant le prix à l’exportation des marchandises de 95,0 %.
