Notice of conclusion of anti-circumvention investigation: Container Chassis (CC 2024 AC)

The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) has concluded their investigation, initiated in November 2024, into the alleged circumvention from Vietnam of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal’s (CITT) finding respecting the dumping and subsidizing of container chassis from China.

The CBSA has determined that imports of container chassis from Vietnam are not circumventing the CITT’s finding.
